  • Total Body Toning

    Total body toning is a signature fusion of barre, pilates and strength exercises that have been carefully designed for you to achieve a total body workout in just 25-minutes. Workouts are low impact, equipment optional, require minimal space and can be modified for various fitness levels so you can practice wellness, whenever!

  • Total Body Sculpt

    A superset style workout that targets major muscle groups by incorporating a specific weight to rep ratio that allows you to effectively build lean muscle from the comfort of your own home

  • The Barrechives

    Barre is a low impact fitness-based workout with roots in ballet. It is a total body workout that targets major muscle groups, with focus on establishing small supporting muscles to achieve a long, lean & strong body. Ballet experience is not required.

  • The Prenatal Series

    Breathe, flow, sculpt. The Prenatal Series is a low impact circuit style workout that includes breathing techniques, stretching sequences, and exercises that support the body during pregnancy and prepare the body for birth & motherhood.

  • The Postpartum Series

    The Postpartum Series is a recovery program currently broken down into two sections: Core Restore & Glute Reboot. It is designed to perform exercises following a specific progression that will support healing, target specific areas that have changed throughout pregnancy, and regain strength & confidence as you move forward in safely rebuilding a solid foundation. ​
